This is a non-offensive, appropriate use of expression. If students can pose with instruments or sport gear, why can't he pose with his cat? He's not doing anything wrong, let him!

Whatever happened to letting a person express their individuality? They want all the pictures to be exactly alike? Students are individuals and thier pictures should reflect that!
