The city finally committed to installing the chargers we fought for. I am completely drained after this long stretch but seeing this result makes the effort worth it. Keep an eye on the local office to ensure they actually break ground.

LA traffic is already bad enough without worrying about hitting 0 percent battery. we need more chargers everywhere ASAP.

Gas prices are a joke. Electric is the only way forward.
If we are truly serious about addressing climate change, pollution, the undue power of the fossil duke industry, corrupt regimes (Russia, Saudi Arabia), etc, we should absolutely install many more electric vehicle chargers throughout the city and beyond. And they should be FREE. That would incentivize more to switch to all-electric & plug-in hybrid vehicles, and relieve “range anxiety”. Do it!

finally someone is doing something about this. i drive a leaf and i am always stressed about finding a plug downtown.
