Leslie West influencesd many other people in the R&RHF and Felix Poppilardo was one of the most underrated bass players out their. He also produced several cream albums and even wrote songs and played on them. Corki Laing's high power droning was unbearable to experience.

Was 14 when I heard Mountain for the first time. I would follow every instrument in turn, and enjoyed listening. Kept returning ever since. Now I'm 70. Special thanx to Corky for making cowbells such an important sound in my life.

YES! Saw Mountain at The Fillmore 3 times. My FIRST concerts! Loved Lesli so much I got to meet him. Highlight of my R&R life.
