This will add much needed safety to a dangerous area and further connect the community to White Bear in a positive way.

What is it going to take to have a safe bike route and pedestrian walkway around this beautiful lake/area? How many mothers does it take who fear pushing strollers, or bikers on bikes or casual walkers who have to endure the fear of being hit. I hope the entire legislative body will hear the cries of the neighborhoods to make this a safe route when one is not protected by a steel shell. Isn't safety supposed to be a #1 priority anyway? Cheers to the Lake Links organization for getting this on the table.

Such a vibrant addition to the community as well as a major safety addition to the hundreds that already run and bike around the lake.

I witnessed a lady get hit by a car while walking on South Shore Drive. Very scary. I won't bike- walk until it's safe.

I have stopped biking around the lake a few years ago because of the highly dangerous stretch between Ramsey Beach and Mahtomedi. What an asset this trail would be!

Hoping to move to WBL. A great trail system will impact where I ultimately chose to move. Thanks for considering!
