Technically, it is a felony to assault a Healthcare Worker on duty. He should be charged with felony assault, as well as kidnapping.

Unfortunate to see a police officer assault a nurse who is calmly and appropriately following protocol agreed upon by both the hospital and police department. Sad day to be a nurse in the world when we usually work so well with officers. This man clearly does not demonstrate the qualities we want in someone who is meant to protect citizens.
