I have compiled the reports of workplace misconduct into a formal document for the regional management team. Meetings have been requested to discuss these specific incidents and the current store leadership situation.

The reach of this petition has hit a point where corporate leadership can no longer ignore the situation. I am currently finalizing a formal report of these grievances to deliver to the human resources department along with a copy of these findings.

Disrespectful and think he can get away with everything cause he’s sleeping with a manager
He always leaves early and makes the rest of us cover his shifts while he sits in the back on his phone. Total joke.
He’s always on his phone and rude to the boss
Very rude and inpatient, needs to learn how to start taking his time more
