We live on Canvey island and all they want to do is build more houses ..and am so fed up with battling traffic on an off island ..we need another road or one day something serious will happen then what ..

A third road is a must or at least canvey way widened to 4 lanes instead of two

A third road is definitely needed after yesterday a broken down bus and a car an stopped us getting off the island either way for over an hour really scares you to think if there was a real emergency we would not stand a chance !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have lived on Canvey all my life and with the amount of additional houses & cars there is definitely a need for a third road to cope daily. The infrastructure has not been considered or changed.

Need sooner rather than later..one roundabout for all residents to use to leave the island.. not acceptable and certainly irresponsible given that homes still being built

Situation is keeping people on the Island. Too much trouble even going anywhere of weekend. God help us if there is ever a major incident on Canvey. Definitely no more building till another road is built

If there was any kind of emergency no one would get off the island.... Cannot get off in a normal manner without an emergency!

With more being built, more homes and the new business park by morrisons, this is needed now more than ever, our infrastructure cannot cope and if theres an accident on the route to getting off the island then its gridlock - which is likely to happen during a panic should another flood happen, putting thousands at risk

We are desperate for a third road slightest problem and Canvey is gridlocked and the government and council are still ramming in more housing on the Island. We cannot cope anymore
