Cannot fathom why, firstly shut down a very beloved vehicle that was doing quite well; SECONDLY, and most likely ought to have been the first... Why pass up this opportunity to bring back a classic, with some modern advances of course. I just strongly believe bringing the El CaMino would be an extravagant leap of faith that will pay off in spades!!!

I would love to own a new El Camino. The thought of an El Camino possibly comming out made me hold of on getting a ZR2. If the Elcamino would have a nice big engine that would be awesoem. Not much A 440 would be awesome.

New El Camino? Why not? You accomplish several things. You get a truck and a sports car in one package and you can help average fuel economy for your trucks.
