i own a 1984 el camino and to be honest didnt like em much until i bought this one and i love the thing im slowly rebuilding it but i would love to see a new el camino come off the line as long as chevy doesnt try to cheap it out with a camaro front clip like the fake concept picture going around and personally with the experience in the feild and love for old cars as well as understanding for the need of a new design for economy and fuel reasons i would love to be on board with helping design it if it was an opportunity to me i would jump at it in less then a heart beat. my point is the el camino i beleive should be brought back to the show rooms and streets show japan and europe why the el camino was an american icon in its own and can haul a couch back home while still looking styleish and having the performance to have a little fun on the weekends

I have drove El Camino's most of my life. Just finishing 1980 for my daughter she wants for her first ride. Next is a 1983 for my self. My sons first car was a 1978 SS. L

I have always questioned why the production was ever stoped. I myself just got an '83 ss El Camino. Only request I have is if you do bring it back, don't do like dodge did with the charger and slaughter it.

This owner of a '70 El Camino is ready for round two! The Camaro would be a good candidate for a modern SS unibody El Camino. I'll take my new incarnation in black over a red leather interior--classic Chevy.

hey rafael, I love el caminos and i am 13! i loved them ever scence I saw my grandfathers 1967 el camino! You have good taste in cars... or should i call it a truck :)
