i wish they would bring the El camino back I had a 72 it has always been my favorite vehicle I have ever owned.

if a young man who is crazy about cars went to this much trouble to set up a petition at least I would ask that you do a feasibility study to see if his request would be a go. A new one would be great off the Malibu

My mom bought a 1964 El Camino new, mostly for 4H use (hauling saddles & tack for trail rides). It was a sorry of midnight blue & had been some sort of show car back east (we lived in rural Washington, about 60 miles north of Seattle) & in spite of being a no frills purchase on her part -a straight-6 engine, 2-speed automatic trans, no radio or carpeting, it was mysteriously outfitted with chrome everything in the engine compartment, from fuel lines to valve cover, air cleaner & anything else you can imagine! Needless to say, as a kid, I fell in love with it. And eventually in high school it became my first car. So yeah, make 'em again!

I love the old El Caminos, would love to see them make a comeback, maybe a classic inspired version like the challenger they made a few years back. Good luck Rafael!

I have always loved eco's. Dad owned a 77 that we worked on together. So many great memories attached to such a memorable car design. :)
