The Australian Maloo is a great vehicle. Please either import that as an El Camino or design and build a new one. Thank you.

The el camino is my favorite of all time since the age of about 10 years old. If the El Camino were to be produced again, I would definitely purchase one. I had a 1967 El Camino for 19 years and regret selling it almost daily. I have even looked into importing a ute from Australia, not so easy!

Thank You, Rafael. GM recently had nearly all they needed in the now defunct Monte Carlo. I'm surprised that one of the cable hot rod shows haven't chosen that as a project. Honda's unibody Ridgeline was the closest I could find for an "urban" truck; however, that's a far cry from the El Camino. Even Honda seems to be moving toward the big American Truck with the 2016 restyle. How many units need to be sold to make an El Camino revival profitable? Make it a high gas mileage vehicle if you must. One that will help with your govt. standards, just make the engine compartment large enough for us to drop in a crate engine and trans.
