School should revised term 3 fees / resources and food as well . I’m not happy for this year in gems as my daughter y3.2 have charged total 4 teachers since 9/2019 and the teaching level in academic was far and double standard compare to y3.1 . I’m goin off if the management wasn’t taking good care of teacher leaving and go - left the children struggle and need time to build new rapport with new teachers . This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!

It is highly unorganised and ineffective online learning facility provided by the school. Asking for financial proof like salary and employer letter to justify the fee reduction is highly unprofessional and embarassing. I completely boycott the way GEMS education is handling such a situation. If the fee is not reduced I will happily enroll my child for online schooling for this academic year and save my money.

The financial assistance scheme you offered are selective, discriminatory and an invasion of privacy. Parents wants the same offer that the other parents get. The last thing we want in times like this is you looking into our financial and decide whether they need help or not. We don’t want charity but we expect GEMS to show a level of corporate social responsibility in appreciation to the community that have supported you for years. Offer one transparent and detail package to everyone, give the option to accept or refuse and let us decide for ourselves. This will reflect better on GEMS in the long run. The way it’s going now we will see many parents leaving the school not because they can’t afford it, but because other school showed they appreciate their clients more.

Situation for everyone has change . Incomes are not the same . We appreciate the effort of the school and teachers to find a way to teach our kids with all the challenges that this situation involves. But the whole community has to support each other to not collapse the whole system and humanity .
