Regardless of one's means to pay the school fees, GEMS should come forward to offer a decent level of discount on the third term fees if not completely waive it, given the fact that none of the on-premise facilities are used. Moreover, parents are equally spending their time as e teachers with the online classes. GEMS would certainly not want to be seen as being insensitive to this extraordinary situation and I sincerely hope they will act with consideration.

Given the workload which is being shared by parents in e-“learning, th stationary cost and the cost that the school is saving on infrastructure, Dewa, and working expenses. I want the school to reduce the fees for the first quarter.

Spending 5 to 7 hours Every day on my daughter’s studies keeping our on work pending, actually we are putting more efforts that school. Atleast we request 30% reduction in school fees.

Kindly note that I have already paid the fees due to continuous reminders putting me under tremendous pressure as my child is in year 12 and I didn’t want any distraction at this stage. But I find it very unfair to pay the full fees especially in this environment where there is uncertainty and jobs being at stake. Request your kind consideration for adjustment of fees / refund looking at all the initiative the government has taken to support people in difficult time.

Currently my child cannot attend online e-learning, as we are in India n under lockdown condition in a remote place without basic amenities and without internet connection, without laptop or television. We have just Partial internet access on mobile.

We may full tuition and transport fees during winter vacation and in march post final examination when school closes. My child school opened for 1 day in Mar to conduct final paper on 4th Mar and school closed.
When we pay fees in full for period, when no education is take place then Gems management should reduce fees in times of crisis.
