I have my own business and it doesn’t work now so no income and on top if that I study for my 2 kids more than 5 hours per day to explain the lesson as a teacher!!!!

Everyone is affected by the world crisis & we do not need to highlight our difficulties to be entitled to a discount on school fees. Especially since we no longer are utilizing the school facilities that we had committed to paying for, hence as we are doing online learning we should pay accordingly to what we are receiving. Also with young children at home I am unable to work or do my daily household duties as I have to supervise and assist them in their learning for the full school day. Therefore it is not practice to expect the same payment for less services and facilities.

The current pandemic crisis outlines every business entities and consumers moral obligation to help and ease burdens. A relief in the form of discount will go a long way in showing school's moral responsibility towards the community.

While we do understand that schools need to continue to pay the salaries of its faculty and staff; there are many expenses that do no longer stand. Kids have no access to facilities or other activities and it is only fair that this reflected in the tuitions that parents pay

We are in this together - the CEO said. It is high time, for GEMS to step up and show their loyal patrons of students and parents who are not only affected by salary cuts, loss of job or loss of businesses, but also burdened by extra responsibilities passed on to parents to assist the kids learning.
We are in this together - The CEO said. So far, I only see relentless effort of parents educating their kids at home and GEMS demanding full payments from parents.

Request you to reduce the fees at these trying times. The relief fund is not fair and everyone should avail the discounts. Even our businesses are running very slow and we need relief too.

A fee reduction for term 3 is the minimum that can be accepted in such situation.
Parents are impacted and they are supporting the education for their children at home, fees cannot be the same for term 3
