I agree with all other parents online classes are not same as classroom education. School should not ask for personal documents to offer discount it has to be equal and fair for all parents.

The schools reduced their operating expenses such as running school facility,school activities,water& electricity, security, maintenance,cleaning services and other consumables.
We parents request Gems to rethink and make an estimate of fees that are not being used & refund of that percentage of the fees. Don't make any profit in this time. In most cases, Gems giving charity outside their circles. This time charity do some charity in Gems circle itself. This will be a great relief of parents.
Most of the schools(even some GEMS schools in Dubai) cut the fees for all parents rather than they affected or not. In an addition, additional cut who have affected badly.

Need to have flat fee reduction(25% to 30%) for every student without any rack or condition of providing proofs of salary, termination letter or statement.
Now it's their time to share some of their profit of so many years to their students and parents who supported the group since so many years.
