Gems need to reduce 3rd school term fees. Help all families rather then helping the selected few which Gems see's appropriate. Its unethical and unfair and needs to be sorted out!

As as a big organisation that pride itself on CSR and contributing back to the society, this gesture goes a long way in showing that GEMS really cares of GEMS families and distinguish it from many other profit driven education providers out there. Also breeds brand loyalty and a good marketing strategy.

Myself and wife are on unpaid leave for 3 - 6 months due to Covid19 outbreak, please consider reducing the school fee for next 6 months until everything get settled.

i suggest khda audits the financials of the school and find the difference (profit) between accrued income and costs includin salary, rent, loan payment, utilities, government fees etc. This profit should be returned as discount for this period.

We paid the fees for the academics & other activities. Since only academics can be conducted at the moment, it’s only fair that we should receive a discount on the fees. The management should work on operation costs not profits at this current time

We are business owners having a retail shop which is shut now so have no income. We don’t know how long this situation will go on and will find difficult to sustain hence asking for some relief
