My husband doesnt hav job. I am also joined new job from Feb still on probation ( temporary).. so our income is not there and struggling to clear the fees please consider and help us to get our children education in your school

GEMS are not providing the educational service we are being expected to pay for - This is their problem and a 50% across the board discount should be applied - They have millions of AED in retained profits that they have access to

it is true that Elearning cannot serve as a substitute for face to face learning. The added pressure on parents, a casual atmosphere unsuitable for learning, insufficient personal attention towards students, the declining interest of children in academics are but few of the side effects of elearning for which we are paying in full. Lack of flexibility at such times was unexpected of GEMS that usually shares polished philosophical quotes in their communication. Its been a one sided reactionship.

Gems , wants to be the only one not suffering !
The fees they collect from us has a profit margin , the electricity and water bills are not the same since the consumptions have gone to zero thus saving on the bills, and may also be benefiting from rent relief packages on the buildings.
They are claiming that they want to pay to the teachers

Its unbelievable that the school really expects us to pay FULL fees with hardly any operating cost, admin cost and no provision of any other resources. Please please understand our situation and reduce the situation. We dont need Relief Package...we're not refugees..we just need you to be considerate and think of parents as your partners
