Considering the current scenario, the response received from gems is totally unexpected and unreasonable. There were high expectations from Gems group but all are in vain. It is very shocking and disappointing.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic kids getting distance learning lessons and no longer School conducting a physics class, I believe that there are considerable savings. As all aware this time almost all of the parents either lost their jobs, got unpaid leaves, facing severe salary cuts, etc. I believe that school should not get any undue profits from this situation and even they should run the business on cost and pass the maximum possible to support parents and kids.

I have 2 kids learing at DAA and Little GEMS. for both I already paid the full school fees. I am requesting for fee reduction/refund because:
We pay the school the sevice quality and facilities, during the tubulent period, the service from the school has come full online and it needs the parents huge supporting effort and no facility usuage. As common practice, online education service must be much less costly than on premise based.

I have 2 children in a Gems Secondary school. I am.self employed and am feeling the effects of the economic downturn because of the current situation immensely. I feel the school management must reduce the fee by 20% since their operating costs (utilities, office expenditure etc) are bound to have been reduced. This is the least we should be able to expect in complete justice from the school management. Education is a very noble profession and there must be justice to maintain the ethos of this profession.

Wish to ask for fees reduction as am currently on force leave without pay. I work as a teacher in a nursery school. And my husband is a working with cargo company and his salary is based on commission . My family is finding it difficult to meet up with school fees payment . I have two kids in school.
