GEMS EDUCATION FEE REDUCTION

I support this reduction fee petition as I already paid my daughter’s tuition fee in full! And it’s but acceptable as they are reducing our work timings and for sure they’ll be reducing salaries as well

I Request GEMS, GMA to reduce school fees by 30%. .

Please reduce school fees for 2019-2020 as we are not happy with the quality of online education

Kindly consider the request we have been with our own school sharjah for 10 years.

We request the Gems Education to waive off/slash the school few weeks for the this term as my health care group itself is closed down without any time period. We parents must spend around 6 to 7 hours with our children.

The situation is self explanatory. Kindly reduce the school fee.

Due to current circumstances each companies are taking necessary measures like discontinue Annul leave balances, reducing salaries, terminations etc. In view of the above when market was in ahike we support school by paying fees hikes, now parents are in trouble we need school support to cope up with the situvation.

Please give us concession for fees

Considering the current scenario, the response received from gems is totally unexpected and unreasonable. There were high expectations from Gems group but all are in vain. It is very shocking and disappointing.

I have 2 kids studying in Gems the Winchester Jebel Ali year-4 and year-1. I have placed on unpaid leave for 3 months so hard to pay the fee at the moment.

Dear all, With my respect to the teachers job working my childrens on line, but We are also actually involved in our childrens learning from home, and doing most of the school job working with our childrens at home for more than 5 hours a day, I beleave we deserve to get fees reduction for this term. Dear Sirs The prevailing global situation resulting from the ongoing pandemic has disrupted our lives. The situation is not going to change soon as the reports seem to suggest. As parents living and working in Dubai, we are concerned and worried. Some of us have already received letters from our employers notifying us of the possibility of either a reduction in salary, and in some cases a possibility of delay in the payment of salary.  Not all of us are self-employed, and even those who are may not be able to sustain themselves, unless the state is able to provide certain benefits in the form of reduction in the school fee. It would enable us to allocate our resources towards more urgent matters concerning the welfare of the children.  In the midst of all this uncertainty, it’s not possible for the parents to pay the full tuition fee, as early as March 31. We feel that as the regulator, the KHDA could issue a directive to all schools to reduce the school fee substantially, for a period of three months. Further, the schools should be directed not to demand the school fee for the next semester for a period of three months. This would give us a breathing space and provide us time to organize the necessary finances for supporting our children’s education. We are conscious and aware of the needs and requirements of an institution to maintain the high educational standards and retaining good teachers. We are also confident that the teachers would equally  support our cause, as we are all affected by this common global phenomenon and need to support each other in these difficult times. I’ll be grateful if you could kindly consider our request favorably and notify the schools to grant substantial reduction in the tuition fee for the next semester, as well as grant us a time period of three months to pay the school fee for the next term.
