We have already paid the fees but we would like that this fees be adjusted in the coming semester looking at this scenario of the country as well as the world altogether, its together we can bring a huge difference in this fight for humanity.

I am running a training Instituite in Dubai which is almost closed now since the KHDA circular came into effect due to covid-19 outbreak in the region. I have business loan and credit cards to pay, aged parents at home, husband got stuck up in KSA as part of job, my kids 9 & 7 yrs old-both studying at GFS, business liabilities in terms of staff salaries, supplier payments, utilities, etc all of these has to be taken care continuously for 4 months is really challenging. I would request for a fees reduction & cancellation of re-enrollment. Regarding distance learning, we require to have minimum 6 hrs live session by teachers & make sure the kids complete their works during the session so that parents are able to continue focus on their own work & commitments.

In the current scenario, a discount should be provided for the 3rd term fees as children are not attending school premises and alot of learning is being done with the help of parents whose work is suffering not just because of thie added pressure but also due to the COVID-19 scenario.

We need discount since we will do distance learning and since we are doing very hard effort with our kids at home.
