There should be a revision in the fees structure for the first term of CBSE school in UAE since students are learning through online platforms. This will help us sail through adverse times in the coming months.

In the light of these testing times for all of us Gems has really been unfair with the parents trying hard to cope up with present scenarios, where there is no job secutity now,many are facing pay cuts,lost their jobs still trying hard to manage work from home and sitting with our kids throughout the elearning class everyday both at the same time has made it very challenging.Despite multiple request for discounted fees Gems has just dusted their hands off anf has turned a deaf ear saying kids wont be promoted to next class if they choose to drop elearning classes leaving no choice with parents than to forcefully pay the full fee...Discounts are only offered to parents who lost their jobs or faced pay cuts from feb2020 ...what about the others???who may have to face paycuts or lose jobs at later stage because of these scenarios...With profound disappointment I am forced to say its not an education institution with moral values but just money making organisations...Will never choose Gems for my kids in future post all this is over....

It’s time to do favor to the parents who are in a needy situation. Many people are having shame to ask to the school management. I already received the mail and new measures from the company. Waiting for the time of implementation. Consider something from school side. Like the way till now we supported and co-operated with you.

My wife spending half of her day assisting my daughter instead of doing her own works which is effecting us. I understand your situation also but both parties has to adjust from both side and l will be appreciate if Gems can re-assess on 3term fee.

During this difficult times of an Pandemic there is an impending economic impact overall and also on our income.
School has been very supportive of parents and kids by providing best possible online education , however for kids of primary as in our case requires constant backing to support online learning.
Online is no substitute to classroom learning and it is imperative of school to provide relief on school fee until school reopens.

My salary has been deducted by 40% as cashflow situation has been severly impacted. I have been paying your fee all these years. In this time of need, we expect noble institutes such as yours to show some compassion

My husband lost his job and my son who was the earning member got 70%deduction in his salary due to COVID 19. We are unable to pay the full fees. Please revise the fees structure for this term.we still have the balance amount to be paid from the last year. And due to which my daughter's name is not enrolled for the new academic year starting from 1 April 2020
It is a huge loss of studies for her as she is unable to attend her online school.

Parents are paying thousands of dirhams for
complete independent system at their school premises. Not for an online content!!!. We are paying extra amount for internet. Baught new laptop. Sitting with kids whole day during the online sessions as they are unable to grasp. If the service is not complete the payment shouldnt be complete.

Please consider substantial discount for the current term due to holiday and e-learning is not aptable for small children and parents burden to take care of them. Most of parents have more than one children, so very difficult to concentrate all. Mainly current projects postponed like EXPO2020 and don't know what would be happening upcoming days.Finally I requested to the school management to reduce the current term fees 50%. Thanks for the understanding.
