The parents are paying thousands of dirhams for a full schooling complete independent system. Not an online content!!! If the service is not complete the payment is not complete.

Mr Varkey. If you buy a first class ticket to NY and when you board they telling you ther is neither first class seat or business class and you will have to travel eco. You have no choice as you have to travel so you seat in eco … Will you be willing to pay the full first class fare? Well you have your answer.. Its exactly what you are asking the parents of all your students. Just because you are offering remote learning like Emirates will offer you first class food served in eco seat would you still be happy to pay full fare? Oh yes and Emirates will tell you 'We don't have first class neither business class seat but you need to pay full fare as we need to pay the hostesses from first and business..

It is agreed that the teachers need to be paid for their great efforts. But the discounts can be provided to the parents based on the facts thst the operational costs have been reduced consideably and by cutting down their marhins

I am just wondering if Mr Varkey ( with all my respect for his great success as an entrepreneur) will be willing to a full fare 1st class with Emirates if at the boarding they inform him the flight has no 1st class neither business class seat so he will have to fly 16 hours in eco... But will have the food of business class serve in eco seat.... Well that's the situation of ALL the parents of GEMS. We pay a full price for a service far form what we pay for...

I have a son studying in one of the gems school. I could not still fill the tuition fees discount form the school sent us in order to help us. Because they are asking us for the proofs like to provide bank statements and other details. I don't only have one child, I have another child in other school whose fees too I have to pay. I als have to look after my daily household grocery expenses, rent and other things. And this is not right if they only provide discounts for the ones they think are eligible for it. I hope school consider this and help us all during this tough time.

One of the schools officials named “Ellen Henretty” assistant principles in GEMS DSO simply told us “You can leave the school if you’re not happy” after we said we are doing most of the home eduction and not happy with the school performance.

Due to Current Scenario of Covid 19 impact my employer has implemented 30% deduction from monthly emoluments, hence Please consider to approve discount on fees ( 2 wards : Grade 9 & Grade 3 ) as I do have lot of financial liabilities like Personal loan & Credit Cards .We had always Paid fees on time by every first week of months till date without any delay or default . Placed for your kind approval as a special case
