Please reduce school fees for my two children considering they are not using school facilities

We support and request reduction of tuition fee in the last term as the full burden of distance learning was left to the parents giving 6-7hours to the child to teach. Considering that the kids are not using physically the school premise. So we hope Gems could give us parents some consideration in this time of crisis. Thank you

Every subject should explain in video by the teacher and in last attached work sheets it will be easy for parents

the COVID-19 relief package is insufficient and ignores what is going on with regard to the teaching and learning experience that has been substantially reduced.. Actually, I find it a bit of an insult to be honest.
As a teacher now having to teach online, parent and even "student" who has done various degrees, diplomas, certifications in both F2F and online format I know there are severe limitations in various aspects of the teaching and learning going on. Let's face it, despite our best efforts we cannot fully replicate the F2F experience + other add ons (that we are paying for) which is the core issue which GEMS /JC will have to address to assuage the current state of affairs with parents, including myself.
As I mentioned in my e-mail to the KHDA
Parents are paying a lot of money (we currently pay @27600 Dhs a semester) for a service that includes F2F teaching in classrooms, Science labs, Art and Photography studios, DT studios, Drama studios IT labs, etc as well as learning support, counselling, careers advising, plus interaction and engagement between students at JC inside and outside of class as in addition to extra-curricular activities, not forgetting access to other facilities like the gymnasium, swimming pool, auditorium etc . While JC is providing online teaching for a limited number of hours a day, this is NOT the whole service. Clearly, JC has not been providing the whole service tjat we have paid lots of money for. Furthermore, it will not be providing the whole service for the foreseeable future, yet are not providing any refunds for the last month while still demanding full fees for Semester 3 and pre-enrolment fees for the next academic year! This is grossly unfair.
While acknowledging the efforts of JC and their teachers (I am in a similar predicament and it is not as easy as it looks having to do overtime work on PD, extra preparation and admin, plus increased demands in general. ), the simple solution is for GEMS /JC to offer a dis

I am fully agreed with this petition as in this time of difficulty when business are at halt we are all under great pressure schools are closed and e learning is creating too much presssure on parent too this is not a replacement of full time school m i dont kno kids how kids are going to manage next grade when they will not study in school n they will be promoted to next class especially like my daughter is in grade 1 if she is not going school n will be promoted to grade 2 i dint think so she can understsnd grade 2 studies with e learing inly i m too much worried

My husbands salary is been slashed by 27% and more is expected in Q2. Therefor I will appreciate the reduction in school fee as it will support us in these difficult Times.

Hi as our business totally stopped so plz reduce third term fee hard to pay for 2 kids as everywhere everything is closed in business international and local business closed so very hard for survival but atleast do something in fees
