In this current situation we will be not able to continue with the current fees for grde 1 which 1022.please give some reduction in fees so that we can continue the studies.

Since the parents are also working “work at distance “laptops/tablets are not sufficient and parents need to buy new. School is not providing the gadgets with e learning program . This additional cost also should be considered.

Gems with 250 schools should of actually taken the leading role by demonstrating their support to all parents and at least proactively have given a discount on already very high fees. My nieces are at top boarding schools in England and they are only expected to pay 60% of fees. Online learning doesn’t use your lights, airconditioning or Petrol - so why can you not be reasonable and follow the examples of others companies and schools who have given real support and understanding. I expected better from Gems.

I strongly recommend reduction of fees since we are not able to use the facilities which are included in the fees. Daily Screen time increased for kids since eLearning started. More than Live, Online work has been increased which is burden on parents and kids to complete the task before the next and difficult to follow for smaller kids. We would also recommend school not request to pay the Re-enrollment fees now rather wait till end of Term 3.
