The park exists because of this little girl and the work her family did. She and her family deserve to be honoured and recognized through a plaque in the park.

Sometimes by-laws need to be updated. This is worth figuring out some sort of work-around or change to the by-law.

After all the hard work they put into building this amazing assessable playground, they deserve to name it after someone so inspirational like Gemma.
