so our bylaws allow CHINESE only signs in our English speaking country, but you're trying to refuse this girls name on a fricken rock? Get your head straight. Do the right thing. Sometimes I'm ashamed to live in Richmond, and Alice Wong being re elected as an MP is a good illustration of that. Don't embarrass our citizens with some sad ass excuse of why this girls name can't be on the rock. Give us a fricken break.

Gemma is a star and this play ground wouldn't be possible without her devoted mother Amanda. Amend the by-law to allow the boulder to be marked as Gemma's Place.
