Always objected to this this daft rule. USA and other nations offer second run to all and so should we. Please also petition to ALWAYS hold U14 and U16 on different courses. There is enough profit generated from races to enforce this. Bring back the good racing for the racers.

British U16 racers need all the experience they can get.

So much hard work and effort goes into our GB U16 ski racers that we should give them every chance for race experience. If we change this rule we are teaching them to charge and to risk and find their limits which is imperative to moving up successfully into FIS!

For so many British skiers, snow time and race experience is so limited that every single race run is of great value to build up their hours and confidence. Please change this rule so our U16 racers can get maximum participation in the sport they love.

Mt experiences as a young athlete and later as a coach and instructor absolutely suggest that this rule would be better off changed

Very demoralising for young athletes...the 2nd run gives them the chance to prove themselves...

I fully agree that the U16 need a second run even if DNF for race training, experience, moral and mental toughness.

I've been coaching for 20 years. This makes perfect sense

How can this be a good thing for helping young athletes develop ? They won't learn from standing on the sidelines watching and feeling disappointed, they will learn from doing!

Good idea that they should have a second run even if DNF
