We, the undersigned, call on the Devon Safeguarding Children’s Board to conduct an inquiry into the measures taken to protect the victims of Karl Hole, a convicted sex offender who with the knowledge of Devon County Council had regular access to children for a number of years. We would like lessons to be learned from this case so in the future more positive actions can be taken to remove children from the hands of child abusers.
