The KL Development Plan need to be more transparent and following the SOP. The contractors need to be more independent from any lobbyist from individual or unnecessary control from other party/parties. The development need to be more strategic and need to be presented in lower house. The timeline need to be predicted well to avoid any mass construction which can destroy the scenery, environment and promote diseases at the nearest neighbourhood.

Too many areas under the DBKL Jurisdiction are having problems with irresponsible Planning Approvals being issued in direct violation of the plan- the KL City Plan 2020 was created for a reason! The Mayor and FT Minister should respect the plan and the people who live in all these areas, and GAZETTE it!

Regarding the TTDI development. I don't agree with the 6/8 lane highway. It is too close to housing area. TTDI is a potential place for sustainable living area. Whilst the proposed apartment taking up half of Taman Rimba TTDI... it could happen, but it will need a different access than through the TTDI area to reduce traffic or reduce the amount of proposed units. I understand that the apartment will actually benefit the people currently living nearest to Taman Rimba TTDI.

Proper planning needs to plan. The road is already congested and the neighborhood is affected badly. Please stop the development and initial the previous implementation.
