KL is MAS (Mana Ada System) in planning, lackadaisical in approach, anything goes, for all the devil may care! The KL City Plan 2020 must be gazetted, never mind the 2050 Plan when you can't even get the 2020 out by delaying tactics.

DBKL needs to gazette the KL City Plan 2020 and preserve the remaining green spaces. Restrict the conversion of open spaces to shopping malls and commercial development.
