Among the factors of our concern are access and safety for children, potential environmental issues in regards to its location at a watershed and lack of planning for maintenance and upkeep.
While we believe that the Town needs more facilities for activities, this location is not the the right choice for this kind of activity.
We ask that the town immediately call a public meeting regarding this project and if there is genuine concern, reconsider the facility at this location and explore a better location for the Town.

RIDICULOUS idea. Who approved this near the watershed?? That whole area floods every spring anyway. Fix the drainage first before you build anything!

This spot is already a mess with traffic from the highway. My kids ride bikes back there and extra noise and crowds will just make it a nightmare for anyone living nearby.
