The volume of reports coming in since we crossed this threshold has allowed me to finalize a formal complaint for submission to the local licensing authority. I have scheduled a meeting with legal counsel to review the documentation of these exclusionary practices. Further updates will follow regarding our official request for a venue investigation.

cant believe this is still happening in birmingham in 2016. so messed up.
Went there last month and had the exact same issue. stood there in a suit and watched them wave in guys in tracksuits just cause they were white. never going back again.

Absolute joke. I have seen this happen so many times at that door. They pick and choose who gets in based on nothing but race. Shut them down.
