This smacks of betrayal. Livewell originally promised the residents of Cramer Woods that the Enclave houses were going to be all-brick (in fact, it says that TWICE on the sign opposite Amberjack), and on 90' lots. Now they're saying that not only will they build three-sides-vinyl but actually FOUR! The speed with which CW houses sell refutes Livewell's contention that "millenials are clamoring for small lots"; it would be a lot more intellectually honest if they just admitted that they want to swell their profits by increasing the remaining density by 50%! I disapprove of their proposal!

I do not agree with the demand for more homes in this neighborhood or surrounding areas. We have enough traffic on New Hope and through Cramer Woods.

NO, NO, No. Our roads can't handle traffic as it is.

It will bring down the value of Cramer Woods homes and the roads will not be able to handle all of the extra traffic. Too dangerous for kids trying to play in their own safe neighborhood now.

I am against this rezoning request.
Current lot size is in line with compatible developments in the area. Rezoning could stress current infrastructure and services, not to mention the possibility of decreasing property value in surrounding communities. This includes the Enclave itself. I would think the people who have already moved into the Enclave, would expect the development to retain the lot sizes it was advertising when they purchased.

Live Well homes has an âFâ rating with the better business bureau. They have an extensive history of not following through with their commitments though their business has not existed for a long time. They knew what they agreed to when they bought the lots from the developer and should be forced to honor the commitment they made at the time otherwise how long is it going to be before they petition the board again to change the lot size

I do not support the rezoning of the Enclave community. The traffic and Ingress and Regress from the development is not ample. There is also a noise pollution concern with the increased building, which will also lower property values. The body of work for LiveWell homes can be seen on the BBB. They have had numetous issues and warranty problems in many of their developments. We can not stop the total development, but we can determine what our community looks like.

When a company starts a project telling people there homes will have big nice lots and raise the property values of everyone around them and they want to change the rules to put more money in there pocket, they should forfeit their rights to change anything...
Reject the rezoning request
