I support the Cramer Woods homeowners association stance on rejecting the rezoning proposal by Live Well.

The traffic in the area is already a nightmare...adding more homes will only serve to exacerbate the traffic problems,

This rezoning request should be denied. It is evident that the builder is looking to maximize profit at the expense of the existing home owners and their early customers. They have already started to construct homes that are not in the full brick category that they were initially advertising. Additionally the increased traffic around New Hope Elementary and Cramerton Middle will cause safety issues for our children.

I do not approve of this rezoning., it will be detrimental to our neighborhood and the people who already invested in the Enclave.

This rezoning would benefit only the builder at the expense of their existing customers who have already purchased homes based on the neighborhood’s original design. This is a poor display of character by the builder. The builder put their best foot forward just to get in the door, now they want to squeeze in way more units in the name of profit. Please do not approve the request.

The rezoning of this property would have a significant negative impact on this community and the surrounding area.

I am so very disappointed in how this has been handled. Thank you for taking the initiative and,for helping us to have a voice!

I do not approve of this rezoning. It will detract from the apprearance of the Enclave as well as the neighboring Cramer Woods community. Traffic is at a stand-still at certain hours of the day already at the school on Stowe road which leads to the Enclave. This is a safety issue for students as well as drivers in the area. Do not approve!

LiveWell Homes should be held to their development plans and promises made in order to acquire the original zoning approval. Homeowners have bought in the Enclave and in the Cramer Woods communities based on their original zoning and submitted building plans. Do not approve their rezoning request to allow them to stack as many homes as possible in the area solely for their monetary gain! This change will affect local home values, overload schools, and add to congested traffic with the aready approved communities towards the river area on South New Hope. Do not allow this saturation of our communites solely for LiveWell's greed. They will move on to another construction area. But this is my home!

Enough is enough........ Our community is at capacity now. The only one that benefits from this change is the developer.

Please do not allow this to happen. Eastern Gaston County is growing in population faster than the infrastructure can handle.
