I am very concerned about the cut through road on McDade. It should be imperative for the Enclave to follow the same exact building guidelines as Cramer Woods. If the guidelines are different, and the houses are different, the cut through road should not happen! I am so disappointed if this happens as I am a new owner on McDade. We chose this neighborhood because it is established and beautiful. This has the potential to lower the standards of Cramer Woods.

Smaller lots will stretch schools that are already at capacity and drive existing property values down as well as increase the carbon footprint of the neighborhood.

I am totally against the Live Well Homes re- zoning request. I believe it will increase traffic and negatively impact our community

I oppose this change as it will have multiple negative impacts to the community. Not to mention failing to follow their original plan.

Please reject. Absolutely no positives in this for us .......unless you count lowering our property values for a lower tax fee. We need to stop this and the connecting to our nieghborhood as well as them using our neighborhood name.

Please do not allow them to change their plans. They should have done market research before investing in the area and presented that in their original zoning requisition.

Yes! They will move on... but we will be sitting here looking at what they are allowed to build, dealing with the consequences of their choices all in the name of money in their pockets. It is WRONG! I do NOT agree with rezoning!

Accurate and I agree! The current owner’s in the Enclave bought under bait and switch tactics. This is dirty business and all about profits for the builder NOT value for the residents!

This proposal negatively impacts every property & school in the vicinity. I also opppse it!

100% Agree! This has nothing to do with demand. There are several neighborhoods that meet the criteria that they claim they are getting high demand for. This is ALL about profit for the builders... they do NOT care what this does to the property values for the existing homeowners, nor do they care about our infrastructure or traffic. This should be rejected and they should be forced to build as originally planned.

Not opposed to the development; just feel like the original plan including larger lots, and full brick construction would be more consistent with what we have in Cramer Woods. Smaller lots will just add to the already heavy traffic in the area.

I REJECT the proposed change. Too much traffic will be generated (to an already crowded area)
