Smaller lot sizes will equate to smaller property values

I suggest that the developer be required to comply with its initial development plan that served as the basis for the initial approval. The developer will not be penalized by being required to stick to its initial plan. However, the surrounding homeowners, businesses, etc. who may have been relying on the integrity of the initial plan will be negatively and unfairly affected. Also, allowing that area to be oversaturating will have long term negative effects and associated costs. I am opposed to the request.

I am opposed to this re-zoning. How can a developer present one plan, gain approval and then change their mind? They definitely are not considering the impact on the surrounding neighborhoods. Their only consideration is the bank account.

This company should adhere to their original plans and not be allowed to deviate from what was originally agreeded upon.

This developer is trying to change the rules midstream. It is not fair for all the home buyers that have already committed to purchase. It is setting a bad president for future development. When can we believe what developers say when they has city or county zoning boards for future housing requests.

Our roads cannot handle the extra people. More importantly our schools also cannot handle it!

I am totally opposed to the re-zoning request by Live Well Homes.By them doing so, can only be a negative to the community and would add more traffic.

I hope they don't permit the rezoning. Get your neighbors to sign a petition and you will need a large showing at the zoning boards meeting. Write the newspaper and express your concerns. It's a shame how they squeezed extra hpusing into Bethesda Oaks.
