Our roads can't handle anymore traffic and stop destroying land. There are enough homes already built and for sale that people can buy. Enough!

We already have too many homes for the infrastructure available to serve them, and I have little to no faith due to my experience with Gaston County to believe they will be built any time soon to help serve the community. Bottom line, build the infrastructure with existing tax dollars BEFORE building new homes, and have clauses in the development that force beautification projects and greenification projects as well as taxable development i.e no clear cutting and nonstop paving. Do something to protect Gaston County and keep it a nice place to live or you will lose all those precious dollars you are wanting to draw in.

Our schools are already over loaded and our teachers are over worked. It sickens and saddens me to see all our historical lands stripped of.their trees. All the animals that are displaced. Our wildlife are in danger too. I'm about ready to move away. Buy a used home and remodel it. Make it yours... please stop raping the land!!

A mere 8 feet between houses in this rezoning proposal is not a safe distance. Please reject this proposal. The original rezoning plan was superior.

Living at 5432 Spindle Ridge Lane. I agree with what my husband has already said about the rezoning request from LiveWellHomes. When homes are smaller than the rest of their neighborhood, covered in vinyl, that looks very cheap compared to brick. In just a few years these homes will see the vinyl distorting and out of alignment, especially on the sunny side of the home. Then you have the issue of dirt, mold and mildew that becomes ugly if the homeowner fail to keep the home siding clean. If the rezoning request passes, every time I look out of my front window I will have to look at these cheap vinyl covered homes. Please do not allow this builder to be able to rezone his properties to smaller lots and thus cheap housing, thus killing my property value.

5432 Spindle Ridge . I will not be able to attend the meeting tonight. However, I feel very strongly about stopping the developer from building the smaller, cheaper homes on his lots that face my home. I do not want my home value to drop because of his greed, to make more money per lot at my expense. If he is able to rezone his property I will have to look at his mess as long as long as I live on Spindle Ridge Lane. The original developer had said that there would be trees to to block out vision of the homes. Again, that was before the introduction of his re zoning request to build cheap homes like he has in other neighborhoods in this area. To be honest, I have not been impressed with his so call high end homes. WE MUST NOT ALLOW HIS REQUESTED ZONING CHANGE.

Cramer Woods has a lot of young families with small children. The added traffic on the streets would be a safety hazard!
