WE DID IT!! THE RATES ARE OFFICIALLY INCREASING TO REFLECT OUR HARD WORK!! I AM BEYOND THRILLED THAT OUR DEMANDS WERE FINALLY MET AND I WILL BE POSTING THE FULL DETAILS ON THE NEW CONTRACT TERMS VERY SOON!!
This is a petition that has been created, not as an intention to disrespect, degrade, defame or intimidate, yet a petition created by professional Mystery Shoppers, Private Investigators, Business Analysts, Auditors and Merchandisers strictly TO serve as a vehicle in which the thoughts regarding the recent fuel prices and economy and how it is impacting the ability to accept assignments can be expressed.
It has come to the point where the careers of these people and their income is currently being compromised.
By one and all, it has been mutually found necessary to use this as a way to clearly show to all interested companies, just how many people of this profession will not be able to continue this line of work at the current rates of which they are being paid. Regardless of 1099 status or employment, any job that demands the amount of time on the road as these professions do, are duly entitled to consideration for an increase of said rates.
Such consideration will only prove a more harmonious and fair business relationship for all.
The following persons request that you research your clients possible interest in including higher wages within their contracts with your companies and if this does not prove to be an option, to please individually consider raising your contractors rates regardless.
Gas prices are killing me. I cant afford to travel for these jobs anymore. Pay needs to go up or im out.

Exactly. They expect us to be professional auditors but pay like we are just doing it for fun. Rates have been stagnant for way too long.

Seriously. Working for peanuts while my tank costs a fortune to fill is not sustainable. Needs a change ASAP.
