This is something I had no idea was proposed & I am against this going in to our beautiful neighborhood.

So many other choices to put there. Why another gas station? Maybe a dry cleaners, local coffee shop, deli so many other useful shops?

This proposed plan is not what was originally detailed when our property was purchased. The city needs reconsider the impact on residents as well as their lack of infrastructure planning for this use type.

I am against a gas station being built on this corner. Studies show they increase crime, devalue propert values to homes in close proximity, increased lighting. Intersection is not suitable for increased traffic. There are better uses for this if it has to be commercial.

The proposed gas station will be a public nuisance and would, without a doubt, hurt our property values.

I do not want a gas station next to my home/subdivision. Problems: gas & oil hazards; noise & lights 24/7; decrease in property value; plenty of gas stations in area already. This a residential area, not commercial

This gas station/convenience store should not be this close to home community. In addition, it will create a lot of traffic which could be a danger to the community .

Will create too much traffic, noise, and car pollution within feet of a home community !

This is not the right place for a gas station. It doesn't make sense. It will ruin the skyline with signs and advertising.

We need a nice restaurant there.

The last thing needed at this intersection & on Midland is additional traffic! And no center lane for merging on Greenhurst - The county continues to build with no existing infrastructure.............. There are several gas stations within 1 & 2 miles! 12th ave has numerous gas stations & Middleton has one just around the corner from this intersection! Who, would want the noise, bright lights & activities 24 hours/day right next to their home! This is a residential area. It's not a long drive to the commercial area on 12th! What about a park that all of the recently built subdivisions could enjoy?

No. Please don’t let the gas station build there. It’s a beautiful housing development and having to look at a gas station , plus extra noise and traffic would definitely be a terrible idea for everyone who lives in this area.
