I live in summit ridge and think the gas station will bring way too much traffic and is too close to our open cowed community.

This is a residential area and does not need a commercial business. It would be very poor planning to put a busy commercial business at this intersection.

Terrible place for a gas station! When we moved in we were told it likely be office space… not a loud, brightly lit, loitering location right above our neighborhood. Gas stations belong on major streets, not in the middle of neighborhoods.

This is a terrible location for a gas station for a variety of health and safety issues.

No gas Station, we live right behind the proposed area. I don't want my children breathing in the toxic fumes. Its literal poison.

I am against a gas station being placed at the SouthEast corner of the Greenhurst and Midland location.

Bad choice on that corner for all residents

Should not locate this business here. There are other gas stations in the area that are NOT near a housing development.

This is not a conducive fit for the neighborhood. It will stand out like a sore thumb and bring down our property values. Sure early. Please be considerate and thoughtful enough to consider a different option, more friendly to our neighborhood.

Health safety concerns, crime. Not a good placement for a gas station. There are multiple gas stations nearby. It is unnecessary and would ultimately cause issues within the community.

I vote NO to a gas station at the corner of Greenhurst and Midland because of the negative impact on health, property values, traffic, and safety. Also, we already have an abundance of gas station convenience stores close by. So, there are no benefits for residents or established local businesses in adding another one. The total impact on our community, as a whole, is negative!

Horrible way to decrease that neighborhoods property value and set them up for health issues! If they get away with it they will be sued later .

I live directly below this proposed gas station. I have serious health, safety, and quality of living concerns. This is a major surprise to us and not what we were told when we bought our house.
