We already have 2 stations within 1 mile. 12th street is nearby for convenience shopping. It will lower home values.

I disagree with this gas station being put in. We were not aware or were not told of this before we bought our house

I live in Toma Ridge not 2 minutes from this location. I have no doubt this will effect property values.

Absolutely would hurt the value of our homes and will create tons of crime in the neighborhood! We spent a lot of money to be in a neighborhood as this and was promised that nothing like this would be placed in that location.

Not an appropriate location in or around these neighborhoods for a gas station or any similar business. 24 hour or not.

We need a business that generates less traffic than a gas station. Traffic already backs up at this intersection.

We should not have a store that is open 24 hours a day. Even the gas stations on the busy roads are not open 24 hours. It is an invitaion for crime.

Please DO NOT allow a gas station to be placed here. It will negatively impact the neighborhood (environmentally, value of homes, and increases in crime).

I live on Midland Blvd and the traffic is bad enough now. Crime will go up. A gas station next adjacent to a residential zone would contaminate the water supply.

No gas station should be built on that corner!
