Unbelievable that a gas station could be my neighbor. I would have never bought a home here in Nampa if I would have know how the City disregards its citizens. Very sad

A gas station is NOT a good fit for this neighborhood.

Definitely the wrong location to have a gas station and C store. Overlooking a great planned and executed subdivision. We have 2 or 3 large stations like that within a mile. .we don't have a shortage of places to fuel up. Have the owner put themself in the houses just off the hill of proposed site and see how they would like it. Answer is NO they wouldn't.

There are a sufficient number of nearby convenience stores and gas stations. Certainly a better idea to monetize and utilize that corner can be found. Finally, any busy retail development will require months of closure to install traffic control at that intersection.

We don't need anything that will bring more we traffic to Midland, Greenhurst and Locust. It's not needed for gas either. Just put hold on building/expansion for awhile.

Please, please do not let this business into our community. It is not the type of business that we want or need in our area. It definitely does not represent the values of the people and the loss it will cause on our property values is super concerning. Please listen to the homeowners in the area and our concerns before considering an out of state business to come in and change our hometown values.

I am against Kum and Go building a gas station in this area.

Not appropriate or needed in this residential area with several other gas stations literally minutes away. Why not support several independently owned small businesses with daytime hours in that location that will employ many more people than 1 gas station with 2-3 employees per shift at most.

We really don’t need or want another gas station. Plus, isn’t that a little close to the lake. there should be an EPA impact study done first.
