We would have not bought in this area had we known if the plans for a gas station. It is very disappointing the decision to build another gas station in this community. Greenhurst and midland roads are not equipped to handle the additional traffic. It would make more sense to locate on 12th Avenue/HWY 45.

Horrible location...traffic, bad for homes there and all around, don't need another gas station when there are two very close by.

Absolutely opposed to any gas station/convenience store at this location. A park, yes, a dentist business, yes; a small veterinary clinic dogs and cats only (no kenneling), yes. BUT NO GAS STATION OR CONVENIENCE STORE...COMPLETELY UNNECESSARY!!!

The 4 way stop is already congested during peak hours in the morning & later afternoon. This gas station would create further congestion. I am opposed to this.

I don't understand the business plan for adding a 4th gas station in a 2-mile radius.

This gas station is not appropriate for
the area. It's the wrong location for this.
And open 24 hours? Talk about an invitation for crime!!
Would not have bought a house here knowing that.

Absolutely oppose the gas station on our corner. We had no indication of this when we bought our home here.

Plus, the name sounds and looks disgusting. Might as well add the word moist to it. Gross !
