We have gas stations a block in either direction we do not need another one. There will be a lot of lights and noise that will disturb the neighborhood.

This sounds like a horrible, horrible mistake. I hope our neighborhoods all get together and keep it residential not commercial.

I do not want this near my home. Where we are located we would have the constant bright lights on our home. The additional traffic and noise is not desired. This is the last thing we need near our home and subdivision.

No. There are plenty of gas stations around. We don’t need one more.

Nampa needs to figure out infrastructure for current residents before continuing to build what only further strains our community. Commercial & residential development should be slowed, and the city needs to come up with a plan to make our area work for everyone who already works, lives, and plays here.

SW Nampa already has too many gas stations/ convenience stores. I believe ground pollution/ contamination could be a major problem at that location.
