It’s already hard enough getting out of our subdivision. I couldn’t imagine the traffic the gas station would bring.

Thus project is not fitting to the proposed area. The name itself is offensive. There are other gas stations to the east and west which are close by.

From W. Cactus Street backed up to Greenhurst. We oppose the Gas Station. Road noise, speeders, loud exhausts would increase the 24/7 into late/all night long if this development is not STOPPED.

This is area does NOT need another gas station. Putting any kind of business here would cause traffic gridlock and confusion as well as disrupt the neighborhood atmosphere where we have chosen to locate our homes.

Allowing this gas station to be so close to houses is completely unacceptable and I worry about the negative impacts it would have on my neighborhood.

We don't want a gas station in our neighborhood. There are already 7 nearby! This will devalue our homes and bring crime to the area.
