I have had to contact gamebear many time for issues and problems with the game and In app purchases. I have also had to contact apple for the mismanagement of purchases from gamebear. I would like to see the major issues fix in this game.

Agree fully with this petition as I have been screwed over by GameBear several times, and replying sorry for the inconvenience when you lose 23 million fleet strength due to their game crashing in the middle of a major event “Galaxy War”. Unacceptable!!!

Large scale events needs more support online and around during and after it to support issues that come up! A good game gets wreaked by these large events with lag, freezing and server "maintenance". Then compensation after the fact its random depending whi gets your ticket but you have to fight for it either way.
