В игре постоянно создаются условия, в которых люди не заплатившие деньги за какие либо боксы, или ивенты, на голову проигрывают тем, кто хоть сутками будет сидеть за планшетом. Результат этого противостояния всегда один. Постоянные ребаласты пиратов и элиток, экономики и механик игры. Только о них постоянно забывают сообщать. И люди узнают о них постфактум.

Game crashed every time we battle, galactic war and igk got worse, lost ships and friendly hits even though we dont want to. We are not too sure to participate the next war. The bugs started before the war started and even worse during the events and glitched eveverytime. These bugs made us nervous and worry for no reason, supposedly game. Thank you for hearing us.

Lost an entire fleet of 50 royal oaks when their HP was still registering at 75%. If it was actually lower I would have pulled them out. Not at all accurate HP tracking whether it be updates from the server side or what. Also, lost many fleets due to crashes and disconnects in the past. I’ve seen instances where where in intergalactic kraken event, the server boots everyone but maybe 5-10 players and those players proceed to destroy everyones fleets while they are blocked from accessing the game. A lot of people dropped serious money to build those fleets. Its ridiculous how nearly every galactic event we get some sort of apology compensation for some ridiculous mishap that occured yet, they never 100% cover my losses due their bugs and crashes. Money down the drain....

Lost my fleet during a GW because of a bug and nova empire hasn’t answer my emails.
