True, I have not spent much money on the game. I lost around 4 mil in galaxy war (fleets) while my friend lost 2.3 mil (pays a lot) I was given such a small amount compared to him as compensation

Yeah they kinda are unethical towards players and don’t keep their end of the bargain. Always thug to cut back in giving players things back. Not fixing glitches what not

Every time i try to play i repeatedly have issues. So much to the point that i dont even play. Our server is constantly paid up with other servers with months more play time then us. Leading to an insanely unfair advantage for the other side.

We 102 server your the best server we many fight and always win ... we constantly have problems during battles in galactic wars .... these lags errors occur constantly and it spoils all the fun of this game ... the game turns off when the battle begins , we do not see the resources does not help anything, we do not get points for the battle we had two big battles in the last GW and we did not get points for it in the ranking! It is sad we try very hard, we do not sleep 24 hours..!!! We lost thousands and thousands of ships and got nothing for it we are very unhappy ! With respect to the server 102 hope for you! ! Our Russian-speaking people and the entire server server is very unhappy with these problems ! Also there was a problem - we were at war with a enemy ship and after killing all our fleets continued to battle and we couldn't finish it, and our Outpost was Attacked, we had to withdraw every 6 fleets !!!!!! It's the loss of ships and repairs !!!!! 6 fleets guys .... you have to solve these problems dear friends

Game crashes, freezes, relogging and severe lag during events makes them for the most part unplayable and no fun. Button press lag makes it worse when you try to speed up or recall 6 fleets and need them to stay in formation.
Large battles crash server, leading to unnecesary mass casualties in fleets that cannot be retreated in time; then to add insult to injury the battle reports disappear or are broken, with no kill credit received towards the event; and even further insult when devs deny battle and crash ever even happened because it's not in their logs.
Loosing fleets in battle is part of the game, but loosing them due to crashes, freezes and lag is unacceptable - complaints about this to developers is met with denial about the problem, routinely blaming the players internet connection and device performance. They ignore the fact that players are connected in external chat apps and therefore know when it's not the individual, but entire server that's affected.
Generally daily play has become a unbearable with button press lag and slower general performance - many small delays add up quickly and demand more time online to complete routine daily tasks. It's also frustratingly annoying when you have to wait random seconds between actions before game responds, which is worse when a misclick turns into 30 seconds instead of 1 second.
Daily play is also increasingly being interrupted by "maintenence" messages, announced and of random duration between a few seconds up to an hour at a time.
