Developers add more bugs to the game instead of repairing existing ones. At the moment, the game is completely unplayable for most players on big events. At the moment even the casual game generates lags and disconnects.

Please fix all the lag issue during Galaxy Wars...makes the game almost unplayable even when we're not the server having the war.

ive had numerous occasions in which my game has crashed and I have made a purchase in which the items that were on the sale list were altered after the pack that was on sale was taken down and it took weeks of arguing with the support to finally get some sort of compensation for their mistake.

Events like galaxy war and inter-galaxy kraken are unplayable in 3d or 2d.It makes it impossible to recall fleets to fix them and continue the fight.If you spend money like i do on packs for gec and speedups to grow and compete,you lose all that because of the lag.supports ignore the players and answers with messages that were copy paste.they try to pass the blame on connection from the players,but i play with players from arround the world on discord voice and every ones game freezes up at the same time.

I hardly play the game anymore because I was never compensated for the losses I’ve had due to server lag or player favoring.

Numerous time the faults to the game have been addressed, with little to no effort on the development side to correct them... ranging from server disconnection to flat out freezes and crashes which resulted in hundreds of hours of work lost in seconds. The issues that have been addressed have simple almost easy solutions but the game developers have ignored the players for long enough.
