Absolutely agree, Gamebear needs to cater for their consumer's interests and help make the game experience much better overall.

This software is used by Gamebearteach to trick the players. Hardly a day, where no more pressure disadvantage for the player is added and installed. This Mafia approach must be stopped by Google. That's the only remaining instance. 4 or 5 failing so-called developers make it thousands to cheat their money. All the allegations mentioned here are correct, but not everything is mentioned by far. At least the time for the enumeration I would like to spare me. The list would be too long.

I was a month card subscriber for a long time. Did not renew when it became clear that gamebear had no intention of reinvesting that money into the game. For large scale events, the game is totally unplayable. The laughable "compensation" is just salt in the wound.

I have spent money and more money and more money then going to an elite server and still can’t even get into any mid size battle without server crashes or people cheating with multi accounts and server lags you out so you can’t recall ships and you lose everything. You can’t even put shields up on your station losing again because some how people stay in a server that crashes and get to keep playing.

Game always crashes during events/compensation not adequately to losses/events not adaquit to server lvl/. For example green lvl items given in event for an elite server (we are not new to this game......items given are of no use).
If we buy items from store the items received have alrdy been completed at least 60% of the time....... i purchased crates and most purple items have alrdy been completed for void research........

Hello !!! We 102 server your the best server we many fight and always win ... we constantly have problems during battles in galactic wars .... these lags errors occur constantly and it spoils all the fun of this game ... the game turns off when the battle begins , we do not see the resources does not help anything, we do not get points for the battle we had two big battles in the last GW and we did not get points for it in the ranking! It is sad we try very hard, we do not sleep 24 hours..!!! We lost thousands and thousands of ships and got nothing for it we are very unhappy ! With respect to the server 102 hope for you! ! Our Russian-speaking people and the entire server server is very unhappy with these problems ! Also there was a problem - we were at war with a enemy ship and after killing all our fleets continued to battle and we couldn't finish it, and our Outpost was Attacked, we had to withdraw every 6 fleets !!!!!! It's the loss of ships and repairs !!!!! 6 fleets guys .... you have to solve these problems dear friends

Yeah a server problem where they have 2x MORE PLAYERS THAN US!!! So unfair they ALSO started way in front of us. We deserve some sort of fix for this

Have you ever heard the phrase "you attract more flies with honey than with vinegar"? Do you not realize that by addressing the problems the ENTIRE community is having you will have far more players not just willing, but actually wanting to invest their hard earned cash into the game? Look at Fallout 76- they tried to play the whole "release a flawed game then release the solution later- at a cost" scheme and it's failed miserably, and that was a huge series with thousands upon thousands of mouths watering just to empty their wallets for a chance to play it- so how do you think you will turn out in the long run? Be the change you want to see in the world or you will just be another statistic in the downfall of this industry.
